(South Jersey) – The Nonprofit Blueprint (NB) has officially launched in South Jersey. NB partners Arianne Hegeman and Angela Speakman formed the consulting service to address nonprofit organization needs in the southern eight counties of the state. Services are in three areas: mission advancement, awareness, and delivery. Depending on the project, NB works with nonprofit leadership to explore areas involving who is supporting the mission, who knows about the mission, and who benefits from the mission and then develop a plan based on the findings.
As described on nonprofitbp.com, consultation services follow a six step process that includes discovery and research, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Services provided include an organizational wellness check, strategic planning, grant writing support, training and workshops, and signature “Blueprint” planning in the areas of communications, development, and operations. Specifically, these “Blueprint” services approach nonprofit needs from a realistic, mission-focused perspective. Fees for service are assessed on a sliding scale, based on organization size and project scope.
“The nonprofit community in South Jersey provides so much in our region,” Hegeman said. “It can be tough for companies from Philadelphia or even North Jersey to help nonprofits in our area if they don’t “get” us. Angela and I identified a need for high quality professional services for nonprofits looking to advance their mission. We’re excited to use our collective experience to help local nonprofits flourish.”
Hegeman and Speakman, both South Jersey natives, have extensive experience in nonprofit strategic planning, operations, development, and community engagement.
